Job Summary: We are seeking a Shipping Assistant for a dairy and grocery company, responsible for physical and system-based inventory control, goods receipt, shipment, and merchandise organization. Product organization and verification IMPORTANT: A COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN DAIRY AND GROCERY PRODUCTS, WITH OVER 20 YEARS IN THE MARKET, IS SEEKING: INVENTORY AUDITOR **ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A JOB AS A SHIPPING ASSISTANT?** We are looking for people like you. **LA RANCHERITA DAIRY AND GROCERY DISTRIBUTOR IS SEEKING:** **SHIPPING ASSISTANT, preferably with experience in industries such as: (Dairy products, wines and spirits, tobacco, groceries)** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in similar positions (warehouse, inventory, stock control). * Technical Knowledge: Basic/intermediate Excel skills and inventory systems (ERP). • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Physical and System-Based Control: Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts and maintain records of net and absolute variances. * Receipt and Shipment: Verify received goods against purchase orders and invoices, ensuring correct quantity and quality. * Storage and Organization: Ensure products are placed in designated locations; verify proper product identification and monitor expiration dates to report potential shrinkage risks; maintain order (5S) to facilitate product location. * Discrepancy Management: Identify, investigate, and report shortages, overages, or damaged/expired products. 2\.
