Drive supplier development and audits to ensure aerospace quality standards We are seeking an experienced Materials Manager to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain operations for aerospace and industrial bearing components. This role oversees purchasing, planning, supplier management, inventory control, and cross‑border logistics, ensuring full compliance with AS9100, IMMEX, and USMCA standards. Oversee both external sourcing and inter‑company material flows, optimizing cost, service levels, and regulatory adherence. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead procurement of aerospace‑grade alloys, engineered components, and specialized materials. * Manage purchasing strategy, supplier negotiations, and long‑term agreements. * Oversee demand planning, forecast, MRP reviews, inventory optimization, and SIOP processes. * Drive supplier development and audits to ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and performance improvement. * Manage domestic/international logistics, customs processes, and IMMEX compliance. * Guarantee alignment with USMCA, Annex 24/31\. * Coordinate intercompany material flows across multi‑state and cross‑border sites. * Lead and develop teams in materials, purchasing, and planning. **Qualifications** * Minimum of 5 years in materials management, purchasing, or planning in aerospace/industrial/metal‑mechanic sectors. * Strong knowledge of AS9100, supplier audits, traceability systems. * Proven experience with IMMEX, USMCA, CBP export compliance, including Annex 24/31 and cross‑border operations. * Skilled in balancing supply and demand through SIOP, MPS, and daily/weekly planning reviews. * Extensive experience managing inter‑company transfers, internal supply chains, virtual warehouses, and financial reconciliations between sites. * Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (AS400 preferred) and data analysis. * Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, or equivalent experience. * Advanced English proficiency.
