Job stability and professional growth. **We are hiring a Production Planner** Atizapán de Zaragoza (Mexico Nuevo) A company in the metal-mechanical sector is looking for a Production Planner to ensure proper scheduling, control, and monitoring of operations, aligning demand with production capacity. **Your impact in this role:** You will be responsible for transforming demand into efficient production plans, ensuring on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and inventory control. **What we are looking for:** * Industrial, Systems, Manufacturing, Statistics, or related Engineering degree (certified) * Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning (metal-mechanical industry preferred) * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute production plans according to demand * Schedule production orders and track their fulfillment * Control work-in-progress (WIP) inventory to prevent shortages or excesses * Efficiently allocate resources (machinery and labor) * Monitor production progress and make timely adjustments * Experience in production control and KPI analysis * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute production plans according to demand * Schedule production orders and track their fulfillment * Control work-in-progress (WIP) inventory to prevent shortages or excesses * Efficiently allocate resources (machinery and labor) * Monitor production progress and make timely adjustments * Ensure on-time delivery * Analyze production capacity and operational performance * Generate production reports and KPIs * Coordinate with departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics * Adapt planning in response to demand changes or incidents **Why join us?** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 100% direct employment registration with IMSS * Job stability and professional growth * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
