Development of commercial strategies for growth and profitability At **Colectivo Moda**, a leading Mexican company in the fashion and retail sector, we are looking for a ***Junior Buyer Executive*** with solid experience in **fashion retail** (mandatory), strategic vision, and passion for fashion. We seek someone who combines analytical thinking, results focus, and commercial insight to drive growth and profitability of our categories. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, manage, and monitor suppliers, ensuring successful negotiations and long-term relationships. * Coordinate deliveries and optimize inventory, ensuring appropriate product turnover, compliance with inventory days, and established margins. * Analyze competitors and design product, pricing, and positioning strategies. * Define and monitor restocking of champion models, as well as in-store display strategies during store visits. * Manage and plan demand for assigned items. * Evaluate key performance indicators: budget, turnover, targets achieved, brand and product performance. * Develop commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability of categories under management. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * **Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion retail as Junior Buyer (non-negotiable).** * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of and experience using procurement/supply chain ERP systems. * Proficiency in key metrics: turnover, margin, budget, targets, and inventory days. * Analytical profile with strategic vision and results orientation. * Passion for fashion and awareness of trends. * Willingness to travel to León twice per year for supplier negotiations. ### **What We Look for in You** A strategic and analytical individual with commercial vision—not just someone who purchases products, but a key business partner: Ensuring proper inventory turnover.
