Management of supplies to prevent production stoppages Purchasing **100% Mexican plastic transformation company seeks:** **Purchasing Analyst** **Fully on-site position, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs, and half-day Saturdays, located in Iztapalapa; mandatory: Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing tooling for injection molding machines (and plastic extrusion — desirable) and polymers (mandatory), ERP system proficiency** **Negotiable gross salary based on experience, IMSS registration, statutory benefits.** **Responsibilities:** · Inventory control · Issuing and managing purchase orders, as well as arranging shipment and tracking material delivery. · Preparing necessary quotations. · Receiving and delivering spare parts. · Conducting monthly supplier evaluations. · Generating weekly purchasing reports. **Key Responsibilities:** · Managing, validating, and monitoring purchase orders until their arrival at the warehouse. · Keeping supplies up to date to prevent production stoppages. · Maintaining requisitions according to required timelines. **Work Location: Iztapalapa, Col.
