




Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional to manage orders, coordinate distribution, ensure quality, and handle merchandise returns, guaranteeing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of distribution and order logistics 2. Coordination and quality control in the supply chain 3. Administration of customer portals and billing Requirements: Education: High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. * Experience: 2 or more years in logistics, administration, order management, or CEDIS operations. * General knowledge of: Distribution logistics management, quality assurance, billing, and customer portal management. **Responsibilities:** * **Portal and Order Management:** Manage purchase orders via customer portals (especially Walmart), generate orders, and coordinate their billing. * **Logistics Planning:** Schedule delivery appointments, coordinate with the Unit Supervisor regarding required transportation capacity, ensure adequate inventory levels, and provide drivers with proper documentation to prevent inventory discrepancies. * **Quality Control and Labeling:** Generate specific labels (model, barcode), conduct visual inspections, and coordinate with the Quality Department to load units compliant with quality standards. * **Returns Management:** Track collections of returned merchandise (e.g., Walmart Mérida/Guadalajara) and ensure correct re-entry into CEDIS and Audit inventory. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $15,000\.00\- $18,000\.00 * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers equivalent to 10% of the monthly salary. * Life insurance. * Preferential discounts. * 15-day year-end bonus or proportional amount based on time worked. * Partnership agreements with theaters or recreational centers. ***Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30 hrs; FLEXIBILITY FOR OVERTIME; SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OFF.*** Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
