Promoting continuous improvement within the company Interested candidates may apply through this channel or contact **33 2682 3696** A company specialized in marketing and services such as installation and maintenance of hydraulic equipment, power transmission, and control systems from top national and international brands. ***We Offer:*** * **$14,000** monthly gross salary * Weekly payment of **$3,000** gross * Statutory benefits * **$1,000** monthly food vouchers * Social Security coverage from day one * Opportunity for growth * Continuous training * Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday, and two Saturdays per month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (alternating Saturdays) ***Job Objective:*** Ensure merchandise supply to prevent stockouts, reduce costs, and minimize procurement operation risks. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration (Preferred) * **Minimum 1–3 years of procurement experience** * ERP system proficiency (Preferred) * Effective quotation management * Knowledge of administration, procurement processes, development, negotiation, and supplier relations * Understanding of exchange rates, currencies, and import/export payments ***Responsibilities:*** * Supervise and control merchandise procurement. * Identify and evaluate new suppliers. * Conduct effective negotiations to reduce costs and manage credit terms. * Track deliveries. * Analyze market trends to identify new products. * Evaluate supplier proposals. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (accounting, treasury, warehouse). * Implement and maintain supplier performance metrics. * Adhere to ethical and sustainable procurement practices. * Promote continuous improvement across the company’s entire operation.
