Mobilize initiatives using methodologies and tools JOIN SIGMA AS A TRANSFORMATION ANALYST! **Position Objective** ----------------------- The Transformation Analyst role aims to support analytical tasks, provide assistance, track progress, develop initiatives, and execute strategic and transformational projects; identify opportunities and pain points within Sigma based on data analytics; and collaborate with teams to mobilize initiatives using methodologies and tools for implementation. **Education** ------------- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration **Experience** --------------- * Prior experience in enterprise projects. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel [Intermediate/Advanced], PowerPoint [Intermediate/Advanced]). * Leadership, decision-making, and teamwork. * Data analysis capability. * Strategic thinking. * Written and verbal communication skills. * Proactivity in identifying and resolving potential issues, with willingness to raise concerns and propose solutions. * Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse countries. * Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage projects.
