On-site and remote support with excellent customer service attitude **Grupo Estrella is currently seeking a Systems Engineer and Technical Support professional; we have 34 peripheral units connected to our corporate office** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Identify, understand, and analyze processes and problems to identify opportunities for developing and implementing innovative predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics systems to accelerate decision-making and resolve issues. * Preventive/corrective maintenance of computer equipment (minimum 1 year) * Hardware/software activities * Diagnosing failures in equipment (PCs, laptops) * Installation/configuration of multifunction devices * Networking experience (punch-down, structured cabling, installation of switches, routers, nodes, IP networks) * On-site and remote support * Excellent attitude and communication with users/customers * Field and on-site work * Knowledge of cameras, access control systems, sensors, etc., for installation, troubleshooting, and monitoring **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Problem-solving under pressure * Proactive approach * Dynamic mindset * Analytical thinking * Strong verbal communication skills * Quality- and service-oriented **Location: Av del Estado 210, Col Tecnologico, Mty N.L.** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday or Sunday on-call shift, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On-site employment
