




Position Summary: Ensure accurate payroll calculation and processing, complying with legal, tax, and labor regulations, and addressing incidents and personnel changes. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with HR and Finance departments to ensure proper payment administration. **Position Objective:** Ensure accurate payroll calculation and processing for operational and administrative staff, in full compliance with current legal, tax, and labor regulations, and provide timely response to incidents, personnel changes, and related payments. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (student or graduate) * **Minimum experience:** 1 year in a similar position * **Proficiency in payroll systems and SAT, IDSE, SUA platforms** * **Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and LFT** * **Intermediate\-advanced Excel** * **Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility** **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and reviewing payroll incidents * Calculating salaries, severance payments, bonuses, and vacation pay * CFDI receipt stamping * Calculating taxes, employer\-employee contributions, and other statutory deductions * Pre\-payroll preparation and review * Weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting * IMSS employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications * Responding to employee inquiries and audit requests * Coordination with Human Resources and Finance departments * Payment tracking and bank disbursement follow\-up **Key Competencies:** * Organization and adherence to deadlines * Confidentiality * Proactivity and numerical analysis * Effective communication * Teamwork and internal customer service **Applicants meeting the above profile are encouraged to apply through this channel** ***At SEPIVER S.A. de C.V., we categorically reject any form of discrimination, abuse, violence, homophobia, or misogyny.
