Job Description: **͏** ----- We are hiring for 2 positions **1\) IT Inventory Analyst** 100% on-site in Santa Fe, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Job Objective Support the administration and control of IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate registration, tracking, and safeguarding of equipment assigned to users, in accordance with defined processes and under supervision. Key Responsibilities Managing and updating inventories of IT equipment and accessories; supporting physical inventory counts; generating basic reports; coordinating equipment delivery and pickup; documenting operational evidence; and complying with security and asset control policies. Technical Requirements Basic knowledge of corporate hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, Windows and macOS); basic proficiency in inventory/ITSM tools (preferred); and basic-to-intermediate Excel skills (filters, tables, and data validation). With over 230\.000 employees and business partners across 65 countries, we fulfill our commitment to helping our customers, colleagues, and communities thrive in an ever-changing world. 2\) ON-SITE TECHNICAL SUPPORT MEXICO CITY On-site work with shift rotation availability (24/5) and coverage across multiple branches (you will not always serve the same location): Santa Fe, San Ángel, Chapultepec Requirements 1 year of on-site experience in: Formatting and imaging deployment for macOS, iOS, Windows, and computing devices; remote computer access management via Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Quick Assist; technical knowledge of personal computers, laptops, and peripherals; replacement of components in computing devices, laptops, desktops, and peripherals; installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals; knowledge of printing equipment; knowledge of wired and wireless networks; installation and configuration of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems; installation, configuration, and support for Microsoft 365; email configuration; reliability in backup creation; software and application updates.
