Hardware and peripheral configuration and installation Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: Technical Support Analyst **On-site work at offices in Polanco** **Academic Profile:** Systems Engineering or Computer Science degree (incomplete, intern, or recent graduate) **Technical Knowledge** * Installation, configuration, and hardware diagnostics for computing equipment * Operating system management, primarily Microsoft Windows * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and enterprise software * Formatting, data backup, and recovery * Basic networking knowledge (connectivity, device and printer configuration) **Main Responsibilities** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment * Configure and install computers, printers, and peripherals * Address and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner * Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary * Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures **We Offer:** * 100% payroll-based employment scheme * Salary: $11,000 MXN (net) * Statutory benefits
