Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst with experience in mass and field recruitment to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Competency-based interviews and vacancy follow-up **CUPRUM WINDOWS** We are a leading Mexican company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of high-quality, prefabricated, and custom aluminum window and door systems for commercial and industrial sectors. ***WE ARE SEEKING: RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST*** **PROFILE** * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mass unionized recruitment. * Experience in field recruitment. * File control and management. * Knowledge of onboarding processes. * Experience conducting competency-based interviews. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Recruitment of unionized personnel and technical staff for office and field positions. * Maintaining control and management of personnel files. * Conducting competency-based interviews. * Following up on vacancies with internal clients. * Managing and controlling staffing requisitions. * Monitoring and managing KPIs. **WE OFFER** * Monthly gross salary of $18,000. * Transportation service to Santa Catarina and García. * Year-end bonus equivalent to 28 days' pay. * Optional industrial cafeteria. * Uniforms. * Statutory benefits. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:06 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. ***Our offices are located in the municipality of Santa Catarina.*** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
