Quality Analyst

At **Teams Aircrafts Services**, a 100% Mexican company, we are seeking to integrate a **Quality Analyst (QMS)** into our team — an individual with analytical and operational focus, oriented toward continuous improvement, who will contribute to strengthening the Quality Management System within the airport and ground services environment. Desired Profile * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Business Management, Administration, Quality, or related field. * Desired experience of **6 months to 1 year** in quality, compliance, auditing, or management systems. * Experience in the **airport sector, ground handling, aeronautical operations, or regulated services** is desirable. * Knowledge of **ISO 9001:2018** *(ideally; familiarity with other standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, or ISO 19011 auditing adds value)*. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced Excel). * Experience in document control, KPIs, internal audits, and follow-up on findings is desirable. Key Responsibilities * Monitor the **Quality Management System (QMS)** in accordance with internal guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements. * Conduct **internal audits, inspections, and compliance evaluations**. * Support the development, updating, and control of: * Manuals * Procedures * Work instructions * Forms * Document control matrices * Follow up on: * Findings * Corrective / preventive / improvement actions * Action plans * Closure of deviations * Monitor and consolidate **performance indicators (KPIs)**. * Participate in operational reviews and identification of improvement opportunities. * Coordinate documentary evidence for internal audits, external audits, and customer reviews. * Support awareness-raising and dissemination of quality best practices. * Generate executive reports and track commitments.
