At Firma Car — a company with over 10 years of experience in the financial and leasing sectors — we are looking for talent to join our team as a **Junior Billing Analyst**, a critical role responsible for the accurate issuance, validation, and control of invoices, ensuring compliance with fiscal and administrative processes within operations. **Education** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Experience** 6 months to 1 year of experience in billing, administration, or document management. **Technical Skills:** * Basic to intermediate Excel * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) * Electronic invoicing (CFDI) * ERP system experience (preferred) * Validation of fiscal data **Functions and Responsibilities** * Issue electronic invoices (CFDI) in accordance with fiscal guidelines * Validate customers’ fiscal data prior to invoicing * Track issued invoices and payment status * Control and archive physical and digital documentation * Record and update information in the ERP system * Support basic revenue reconciliations * Assist internal and external customers in resolving billing-related inquiries * Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures **Key Competencies** * Organization and control * Attention to detail * Sense of urgency * Accountability and follow-up * Effective communication **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $16,000 to $17,000 MXN (gross) * Statutory benefits from day one * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Training * A professional, results-oriented work environment Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
