Coordinate engineering release activities between design areas and procurement/scheduling functions to ensure effective and timely implementation. **What You'll Do:** * Create, maintain, and communicate accurate change management data at both local and corporate levels by capturing information across multiple information systems. * Analyze engineering releases, changes, and drawing notices to define change management requirements, supporting creation of the product structure based on engineering design. * Maintain close working relationships with release analysts as well as manufacturing operations, process planning, engineering design, and materials planning teams. **Required Education:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Engineering or a related field. * Basic to intermediate English (conversational and written). **Required Skills:** **Accuracy and Attention to Detail** * Solid understanding of cost, production, and supplier impacts resulting from errors in Bill of Materials (BOM), revisions, and engineering documents. * Ability to apply structured verification tools (checklists, cross-checks, document comparisons) to ensure error-free engineering changes. * Skill in identifying technical data discrepancies early and taking corrective actions prior to release. * Experience managing Bill of Materials (BOM). **Problem Solving** * Breaks down complex problems and identifies root causes for effective decision-making. * Evaluates technical and operational scenarios using reliable information. * Anticipates impacts and defines actions to mitigate issues arising from changes. * Coordinates across multiple functions to resolve problems quickly and effectively. **MRP and Manufacturing Systems** * Applied understanding of how engineering changes impact MRP cycles, material availability, revisions, supplier lead times, and shipments. * Ability to correctly enter and update critical information in manufacturing systems (revision levels, EAU, disposition, effectiveness, BOM changes). * Skill in interpreting system outputs and anticipating impacts on production schedules, inventory levels, and procurement activities. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:** * Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or other digitalization tools. * Knowledge of SAP. **Additional Information:** * This position is located in Santa Catarina, N.L. * Visa sponsorship is not available for foreign candidates. * No domestic relocation support is provided for this position. * Please remember to include an English-language resume in your Workday profile. **Final Details:** Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of correspondence.
