Your objective: anticipate failures and ensure every store has technology ready for operation. **Your Responsibilities** * Execute preventive maintenance programs on hardware (POS terminals, scanners, printers) and software (operating systems and sales applications). * Use specialized tools to diagnose and correct potential failures before they affect operations. * Document each intervention, generate technical reports, and train end users on proper system usage. **What You Need** * **Education:** Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Electronics, Networking, or related fields (mandatory). * **Minimum Experience:** 6 months of preventive or corrective maintenance experience with POS systems, retail systems, or embedded devices. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency with diagnostic instruments (multimeters, network analyzers). * Mastery of Windows and Linux operating systems, plus fundamentals of local and wide-area networks. * Practical experience with point-of-sale applications. * **Personal Competencies:** * Proactive mindset: identify improvement opportunities before problems arise. * Clear communication: translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. * Organization and autonomy: efficiently manage visit routes across multiple branches. **What We Offer** * **Gross Monthly Salary:** $9,451\.20 MXN, plus statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium). * **Transportation Allowance:** Guaranteed $500\.00 MXN per month. * **Equipment and Tools:** State-of-the-art technology to perform your job. * **Development Opportunities:** Potential to advance into roles such as Corrective Technician or Help Desk Analyst.
