Corporate environment **Payroll Analyst** **Job Description** A leading private security company is seeking a Payroll Analyst with solid experience in payroll processing, incident management, and personnel administration. **Main Responsibilities** Biweekly and weekly payroll calculation. Incident management: absences, tardiness, overtime, vacations, medical leaves, and severance payments. Integration of earnings and deductions. Validation of salaries and benefits. Management of employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Operation of payroll systems or ERP software. Generation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll CFDIs. Handling of employee-related incidents. Updating payroll templates and reports. Information control and confidentiality. **Essential Requirements** Apply only if you meet all the following requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar role. Experience calculating payroll for at least 200 employees. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of weekly and biweekly payroll processing. Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. Candidates without payroll experience will not be considered. Administrative profiles without payroll calculation experience will not be considered. Recent graduates without experience will not be considered. **Required Profile** Analytical ability.
