Job Objective You will be responsible for the correct and timely calculation and processing of payroll, ensuring payment accuracy, information confidentiality, and regulatory compliance through the use of specialized systems and data analysis. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll analysis and calculation. Proficiency in manual payroll calculation. Experience using payroll systems. Knowledge of SSFF, ECP, and productivity-based payment schemes. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Minimum 2-year employment stability in previous roles. Main Responsibilities Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll. Validate attendance incidents: absences, tardiness, overtime, bonuses, and commissions. Calculate severance payments, final settlements, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation premium (prima vacacional). Analyze SSFF data and apply ECP results to variable payments.
