Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst with comprehensive experience in managing weekly and biweekly payroll, as well as administering IMSS transactions and ensuring tax compliance to guarantee accurate payroll calculations and fulfillment of statutory obligations. Ensuring accurate payroll calculation and incident control COMERCIALIZADORA NUTRIALIMENTOS We are seeking a **Payroll Analyst** with experience in comprehensive management of weekly and biweekly payroll, as well as administration of IMSS transactions and tax compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll calculation, incident control, and compliance with statutory obligations before relevant authorities (IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). **Responsibilities** Preparation of weekly and biweekly payroll (approx. 100 employees) Incident control: absences, vacations, medical leaves, permissions, loans Calculation of severance payments Stamping of payroll receipts (CFDI 4\.0\) IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, IDSE modifications) Determination of contributions in SUA Control of medical leaves and workplace risks Management of INFONAVIT deductions Employee support (payroll clarifications) Generation of administrative reports **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2–4 years of payroll experience Experience managing weekly and biweekly payroll Experience handling a workforce of 90–100 employees Essential knowledge of: a) IDSE b) SUA c) SAT (Payroll CFDI 4\.0\) d) Income Tax (ISR) e) INFONAVIT Intermediate–advanced Excel skills Implementation or management of payroll HRIS systems Experience with NOI payroll system or similar. **Competencies** High sense of responsibility Attention to detail Organizational skills Confidentiality Ability to work under pressure **We Offer** Salary: **(based on experience) please indicate salary expectations.** Statutory benefits Job stability Professional development **Interested candidates may apply via this channel or send an updated CV to adriana.rh@elnevado.com.mx, 5518051808** Salary: $10,500\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
