Position Summary: Payroll Analyst to manage incidents, address inquiries, and provide support on general accounting matters, ensuring accurate information administration in systems. Coordination with external accounting firms and report generation **RH PLANNING is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Bosque De Las Lomas – Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Bosque de las Lomas, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX **Important:** *Must reside within a maximum 1-hour commute for ease of transportation.* **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience handling payroll incidents. * General knowledge of IMSS (registrations and deregistrations) and general accounting. * Experience using an accounting system (NOI, CONTPAQi, Oracle or similar). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer equipment. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities for interacting with employees. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure continuity and supervision of payroll-related incidents. * Address and clarify employee inquiries regarding their payroll slips and benefits. * Provide support on general payroll topics (year-end bonus, vacation time, vacation premium, statutory benefits, mandatory rest days, and working hours). * Support the administration of IMSS-related incidents. * Coordinate information exchange with the external accounting firm responsible for payroll calculation and electronic invoicing (timbrado). * Perform basic general accounting tasks and reconciliations. * Record, verify, and maintain up-to-date information in accounting systems. * Generate reports and controls using Excel. * **We Offer:** * Salary: **$14,000 to $18,000 gross monthly**, commensurate with experience. * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (effective after the 3-month probationary period): * + Life insurance + Food vouchers of **$2,000 monthly** + Savings fund contribution of **13%** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Required Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree – completed **Required Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Accounting *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69bc1f963600002f005c671c&source=indeed
