Work in a dynamic environment with IT monitoring and support **Employment Type:** On-site **Soft Skills** \- Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field (degree not mandatory) \- Availability to rotate 24x7 shifts \- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Zenoss) \- Service-oriented attitude, communication skills, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams \- Ability to work under pressure \- Strong spelling and writing skills Technical Skills \- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Office365\) \- Telephone support and assistance for computing services focused on Internet infrastructure, including basic troubleshooting knowledge for such services. \- Basic knowledge of LAN networks (ping, traceroute, Telnet, FTP, DNS, TCP and UDP ports) \- Basic user-level knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. \- Antivirus knowledge and support \- Cloud service knowledge Salary: $10,500\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
