Currently, we are looking for a **Monitoring Analyst**, a key position to ensure the operational continuity of critical services. Job Objective You will serve as the first line of response, responsible for dispatching alerts generated by monitoring tools, ensuring each incident is escalated promptly to the correct resolution group. ️ What technical knowledge are we looking for?* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field (graduated or degree completed preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar support or monitoring roles. * **Networks and Infrastructure:** Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, connectivity) and recognition of IT components (servers, services). * **Monitoring Tools:** Experience interpreting dashboards, alerts, and severity levels (Manage Engine experience preferred). * **Ticket Management (ITSM):** Proficiency in Incident and Event Management processes under the **ITIL** framework. * **Technical Analysis:** Ability to read logs and identify basic errors. Your Key Responsibilities* **Continuous Monitoring:** Real-time dashboard surveillance for alert detection. * + ️ **Validation:** Classify alerts by severity, impact, and detection of duplication. * **Documentation:** Create tickets with clear and accurate technical information. * **Escalation:** Effective communication with internal L2/L3 teams and external vendors. * **Follow-up:** Monitor incident status until formal closure.
