ISO Analyst

Description

**JOB OBJECTIVE** Support the implementation of the Management System by carrying out both documentary and field activities to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000\. **Responsibilities and/or Activities: Support Documentation of the QMS** ● Assist in preparing the documentation required for the QMS and provide guidance to various departments on this topic ● Review documentation to ensure compliance with established requirements ● Provide and/or coordinate necessary training for QMS implementation ● Generate and deliver progress reports per department **Track Action Plan Activities for Non-Conformities** ● Participate in root cause analysis and action plan definition ● Collect evidence supporting the execution of corrective actions ● Request necessary information from departments for root cause identification and action planning ● Report status of non-conformities to supervisors ● Respond to customers regarding received non-conformities when required **Participate in QMS Implementation Activities** ● Perform assigned tasks related to meeting QMS requirements ● Monitor activities across departments concerning QMS compliance **Audits** ● Assist in coordinating internal and external audits ● Attend customer audits when required ● Support implementation of the audit action plan **Oversee Food Safety System** · Participate in HACCP risk analysis · Prepare required documentation for the food safety system · Review compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) · Coordinate cleaning and sanitization programs · Train staff on GMPs and food safety · Coordinate investigations of food safety-related non-conformities · Audit implementation of food safety system procedures **Other Activities** ● Promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives ● Gather necessary information for establishing policies and objectives ● Gather necessary information for implementing QMS strategies **EDUCATION** **Education**: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field. **Certifications, Specialization, or Master's Degree**: Not applicable **Years of Experience in This Field or Position**: 5 years in a similar position **Desired Specific Knowledge:** Basic understanding of the current ISO 9001 standard and quality and food safety management systems Handling of non-conformities and problem-solving methodologies **Areas of Experience:** ● Management Systems ● Food Safety Systems ● Statistical Process Control ● ISO 9001 Standard Implementation ● Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
