We invite you to join us as a HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYST **Purpose and Job Description:** Support Human Resources operations and strategy through data analysis, personnel administration, and internal process tracking, contributing to organizational efficiency and compliance with internal policies. **Responsibilities:** * Management of training for CADi employees, including registration on the STPS platform * Tracking and vacation scheduling for CADi personnel * Internal communication * Personnel services * Support in monitoring Cleaning Services, Cafeteria, and Social Development * Supplier invoicing * Recruitment and selection support **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree * Minimum two years of experience in the role **Benefits:** * Competitive base salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements If you are interested and meet the profile, apply now and we will contact you.
