The **main responsibilities** of this role are: **Government Customer Service Executive:** * Manage and follow up on the assigned public sector client portfolio. * Provide timely customer service and track various requests with the relevant departments. * Ensure 100% contractual compliance. * Follow up on administrative matters (billing, contracts, collections, etc.). * Keep portfolio information updated in internal systems. The required **profile** for this role is: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service or after-sales support, preferably in the government sector. * Experience managing client portfolios. * Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools. * Critical thinking, results-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. **Apply now and Vibe with Us!**
