Job Summary: We are seeking a Revenue Manager to analyze data, adjust rates, develop demand forecasts, and formulate market strategies within a hotel corporate group. Key Highlights: 1. Join the great **MX Family** as: **Revenue Manager (Corporate GRUPO MX)**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Data Analysis and Reporting: Continuously monitor key metrics such as occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) to evaluate performance across all Locations (hotels) under your responsibility. * Rate Management: Adjust prices and availability in real time across various sales channels, including OTAs and booking engines. * Forecasting: Develop short- and long-term demand projections to anticipate high- or low-season periods and adapt commercial strategy accordingly. * Market Strategy: Analyze competitor behavior to ensure rates for your portfolio of Locations remain competitive yet profitable. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Revenue Analyst \- Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry. * Proficient database handling (Excel at intermediate-to-advanced level). * Practical knowledge of hotel systems: PMS platforms (Property Management Systems such as Opera) and RMS (Revenue Management Systems such as IDeaS, Duetto, or PriceLabs). * Fluency in English and Spanish. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative work ethic. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy in rate loading, and review of key performance indicators (KPIs). **We Offer:** ✅ Weekly net salary of $3,150 to $3,350, tax-free.
