




Job Summary: Responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and enhancing short- and long-term financial forecasting, using advanced tools and cross-functional collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with key departments to support strategic decision-making. **Location:** OC - CDMX **Objective:** Responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and enhancing short- and long-term financial forecasts by integrating data from multiple internal and external sources. This is achieved through the use of advanced analytical tools, cross-functional collaboration with business areas, and a focus on digital efficiency. The purpose is to ensure that forecasts are accurate, relevant, and useful in supporting strategic decisions that drive profitable growth for Nestlé Mexico. **What Will Make You Successful:** * Graduates in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in financial planning, performance analysis, or scenario generation. * Intermediate to Advanced English **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Consolidate and update the financial forecast per business unit within NIM scope, integrating P&L information from various category functions and external sources. Generate an integrated view of revenues, costs, and margins across different time horizons and scenarios. Understand and apply cost-allocation models to manage P&L. Support scenario simulations and/or new business models aimed at achieving sustainable business growth. 2. Conduct variance analysis among forecast, plan, and actual results, comparing key assumptions, identifying significant deviations, and documenting their root causes. Develop proposals to mitigate future variances. 3. Develop and maintain automated forecasting models using tools and dashboards such as Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and macros to improve forecasting efficiency, traceability, and accuracy. Provide inputs for the design and harmonization of digital tools. Integrate new tools that support process digitalization and simplification (e.g., Python, AI, APIs). 4. Collaborate with commercial teams, supply chain, financial control, and category teams. Participate in the monthly planning cycle to validate consistency, understand variances, and review inputs. Ensure the quality of information generated throughout the planning cycle. 5. Produce executive reports and ad hoc analyses for Finance and Business leadership, in automated, visual, and interactive formats to facilitate agile, scenario-based, and reliable decision-making. 6. Support the generation of business insights in critical decision-making forums such as Business Reviews (local and with the Zone) and Key Material Committees (e.g., Dairy, Coffee, Cocoa).
