Access to personal training and development programs. **We are seeking a Control Room Analyst at SYRSA QUIMICOS DE MEXICO.** **Responsibilities** * Monitor the operational program in real time. * Record operational progress in the system or established formats. * Identify deviations and alert relevant departments. * Generate operational progress and performance reports. * Enter into the system material receipts, shipments, and any other material movements. * Validate the proper execution of receipt and shipment orders. * Verify on the shop floor that system entries match actual operations. **Requirements** * Prior experience of 2–3 years in industrial process analysis. * Completed high school diploma or incomplete/complete bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, or industrial engineering. * Intermediate ERP and Excel skills. * Analytical ability. * Report writing skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments. * Effective communication and collaboration skills. * Availability to rotate shifts. **Benefits** * Opportunity for professional development within a leading company. * Salary: MXN 12,000, overtime pay, performance bonus starting after the third month. * Rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday. * Collaborative work environment with continuous learning. * Access to personal training and development programs.
