**Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure the organization's financial health, anticipate risks and opportunities, and provide financial insights to operational teams and senior leadership. Prepare the annual operating plan (AOP) and coordinate its validation across all departments to deliver monthly reports to directors and partners. Build and update quarterly forecasts. Analyze actual results versus AOP/forecast, explaining variances in revenue, costs, and expenses by channel/customer. Validate margins and profitability by product, channel, or customer; and collaborate with the business to develop strategic initiatives that improve financial outcomes. Provide visibility into key business KPIs: sales, margin, OPEX, cash flow, inventory, etc. Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Control to align month-end close processes in SAP and related metrics. Act as a business partner, ensuring business decisions are grounded in timely, accurate data, analysis, and reliable projections. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Proficiency in SAP Business One * Knowledge and experience with Power BI (preferred) * Experience in retail or direct-to-consumer companies (preferred) * Strong analytical capability * Attention to detail and precision in financial data * Ability to present financial information and generate strategic recommendations **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
