Inventory optimization and product replenishment **Demand Planner** **Job Description** We are seeking a Demand Planning Analyst with a highly analytical profile, responsible for analyzing sales behavior, defining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring proper product replenishment across branches. The role will primarily interact with internal customers (branches) to ensure balance among available inventory, product turnover, and control of stockouts or overstocks. **Responsibilities** Demand and sales behavior analysis. Definition of optimal inventory levels per branch. Control and monitoring of inventory stockouts and overstocks. Product turnover analysis and replenishment optimization. Use of demand planning software for analysis and forecasting. Communication with branches (internal customers) to ensure appropriate replenishment. **Requirements** Education: Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Highly analytical and data-driven profile. Knowledge of statistics and numerical analysis. Proficiency in Power BI (basic or intermediate level). Familiarity with demand planning software. Experience in inventory management and product turnover. **Desired Experience** Experience in companies operating retail stores or branches. Knowledge of replenishment processes for point-of-sale locations.
