Multidisciplinary collaboration and resolution of complex problems **Job Objective** Analyze large volumes of data and develop advanced analytical models to generate strategic insights, optimize processes, and support decision-making using statistical techniques, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and opportunities. * Design, train, and validate predictive and machine learning models. * Develop analytical solutions for process optimization and decision-making. * Perform advanced data cleaning, transformation, and exploration. * Implement feature engineering and variable selection techniques. * Evaluate and monitor the performance of analytical models. * Generate visualizations and interpret results for business units. * Translate business problems into data-driven solutions. * Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Development teams. * Document analytical models and processes. **Technical Knowledge** **Data Science & Analytics** * Advanced statistics and probability. * Supervised and unsupervised machine learning. * Predictive modeling and advanced analytics. * Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA). **Languages and Tools** * Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn). * Advanced SQL. * Jupyter Notebook or similar environments. **Data Visualization** * Power BI / Tableau / Matplotlib / similar analytical tools. **Desirable** * Deep Learning (TensorFlow / PyTorch). * Big Data (Spark, Hadoop). * MLOps and model deployment. * Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). **Professional Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: * Data Science * Mathematics * Actuarial Science * Engineering * Statistics * Computer Science or related field * +4 years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics. * Experience solving real-world business cases using analytical models. **Key Competencies** * Analytical and mathematical thinking. * Resolution of complex problems. * Effective communication of technical results. * Business orientation and data-driven decision-making. * Multidisciplinary collaborative work. * Innovation and continuous improvement.
