We seek talent with analytical focus, critical thinking, and the drive to make a real business impact. **Location:** Atizapán de Zaragoza **Work Mode:** On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Responsibilities:** * Extract, clean, and validate data from internal systems (ERP, CRM, databases). * Analyze operational, commercial, and financial information to identify trends and opportunities. * Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI or Excel. * Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for various departments. * Automate analytical and reporting processes to optimize time and reduce errors. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, costs, inventory, etc.). * Support planning and decision-making through quantitative analysis. * Collaborate with departments including production, logistics, finance, and sales to understand information needs. * Identify data inconsistencies and propose solutions. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in data analysis. * Advanced corporate English * **SQL proficiency (mandatory).** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros preferred). * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. * Database management knowledge. * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Direct employment with the company (100% IMSS coverage) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability **Application:** Interested candidates may apply via this channel or send CV to: **evelyn.gonzalez@immsa.mx** Salary: $11\.00 \- $23\.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
