Support resolution of inquiries, clarifications, or incidents. Follow up on cases until a solution is ensured. Maintain communication with various departments within the company to resolve requirements. Record information and track activities in departmental systems. Provide friendly, clear, and timely service. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor's degree. * Experience: Experience in customer service or client support. * Direct client interaction (telephone, in-person, or digital).
