Job Requirements: * Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree with official diploma and professional license. * Minimum 3 years of experience * Knowledge: * Design of variable compensation plans * Job evaluation methodology * Organizational structure design * Excel and Power BI Job Responsibilities: * Keep salary tables, salary bands, and organizational structures (organizational charts) up to date. * Conduct salary analyses and prepare offer letters for internal promotions in accordance with the company’s compensation policy. * Keep job descriptions updated according to job competencies and business needs. * Maintain up-to-date HR statistical reports and dashboards. * Record labor movement logs (salary increases, position changes, cost centers, or regional changes).
