Opportunity for growth in a technology-driven environment **Analytics Engineer** **Location:** Querétaro | Hybrid model (4 days in office / 1 day remote) **About the Opportunity** We are looking for an **Analytics Engineer** to join a global Data & Analytics team. This role is critical in developing robust data solutions focused on transforming information into reliable, analysis-ready datasets. The role is highly technical, leveraging modern tools such as **Microsoft Fabric, dbt, SQL, and Power BI**, and collaborating across various business areas. **Responsibilities** * Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using SQL and dbt * Develop data transformations within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand information needs and translate them into analytical solutions * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance through testing and documentation * Optimize queries and processes for large volumes of data * Monitor and track data flows, proactively resolving incidents * Contribute to defining best practices for data modeling and version control **Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related fields * Strong advanced SQL experience * Experience working with dbt (Core or Cloud) * Experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Power BI) * Experience in data modeling for data warehouses or lakehouses * Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices * Experience with Power BI (semantic models, DAX) * Advanced English (mandatory) **Desired** * Experience with data integrations or modeling in: * SAP (ECC, S4/HANA) * Oracle EBS * Salesforce or other enterprise systems * Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and observability * Experience with Python or other scripting languages * Experience in Agile or DevOps environments **We Offer** * Hybrid work model (4 days in office / 1 day remote) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Relocation bonus (if applicable) * Participation in global projects * Opportunity for growth within a technology-driven environment Salary: $35,000.00 \- $45,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you hold a valid visa and passport? * Do you have conversational English proficiency? * How many years of experience do you have?
