Coordination with engineering and construction teams for scope validation. **KUALLY RHA is seeking a Unit Price Analyst in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY SPECIALIZING IN INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE CONSTRUCTION INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS TEAM AS: **UNIT PRICE ANALYST FOR ELECTROMECHANICAL WORKS** **Position Objective** To prepare, analyze, and validate unit prices for electromechanical works, ensuring precise, competitive, and profitable cost estimates in compliance with technical specifications, applicable regulations, and contractual conditions of each project. * Academic Qualification: University degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. * Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years preparing unit prices for electromechanical works, budgets for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, instrumentation, or industrial assembly installations. * Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects (desirable). * Field experience. **Technical Knowledge:** * Analysis of direct and indirect costs in electromechanical works. * Preparation of: unit prices, budgets, labor and equipment productivity analyses, interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation drawings. * Single-line diagrams, P\&IDs, and isometrics. * Technical specifications and terms of reference. **Knowledge of:** * Current electrical and mechanical regulations (local and international). * Tendering processes, technical and economic proposals. * Proficiency with tools: * Advanced Excel. * Cost and budgeting software (S10, OPUS, Presto, or similar). * Planning tools (MS Project or similar). **Competencies and Skills:** * Strong analytical ability and numerical accuracy. * Organizational skills and efficient time management. * Critical thinking and results orientation. * Ability to coordinate with technical departments, procurement, and project teams. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Professional ethics and information confidentiality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare unit price analyses for electromechanical items. * Determine material, equipment, labor, and subcontractor costs. * Analyze productivity and propose cost optimizations. * Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for scope validation. * Update price, productivity, and supplier databases. * Support preparation of technical and economic proposals. * Evaluate project cost variations and financial risks. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary based on qualifications: $18,000.00 to $20,000.00 (biweekly payments). * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
