Work \#LikeA**Bosch** **Job Description** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and equipment. The primary objective is to ensure facilities remain in optimal condition, guaranteeing a safe, functional, and efficient environment for all users. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across facilities (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, air conditioning, etc.). * Manage and monitor contracts with external maintenance and repair service providers. * Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid failures and extend the service life of equipment and facilities. * Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities. * Manage inventory of materials, spare parts, and tools required for maintenance. * Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from various departments promptly. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential risks, damages, or areas for improvement. * Prepare maintenance activity reports, cost records, and time logs. * Coordinate the technical maintenance team, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. * Participate in planning facility improvement or renovation projects. * Ensure adherence to quality standards for maintenance services. **Qualifications*** Education: Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in coordination or supervision of facility or infrastructure maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial safety systems. * Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. * Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies. **Additional Information** Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths for us.
