Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare construction budgets, schedule project execution, and manage tenders, with proficiency in Neodata PU and ERP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for budgeting and construction scheduling 2. Conducting public and private tenders 3. Proficient in Neodata PU and ERP Civil Engineer, Architect, or Technical Degree holder in a related field. Responsible for preparing construction budgets and scheduling project execution, conducting public and private tenders, and operating Neodata PU and ERP. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and air conditioning systems is desirable.
