Professional development **Position: Electrical Resident (Construction / Site)** Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon We are currently looking for an **Electrical Resident** with experience in executing electrical installations on construction sites, capable of ensuring technical, regulatory, and operational compliance in large-scale projects. **Required Profile:** * Licensed Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer or related field * \+5 years of experience in **electrical installations on construction sites** * Experience in medium-to-large-scale projects (hospitals, industrial facilities, infrastructure, buildings) * Knowledge of **medium and low voltage systems** * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings * Familiarity with regulations (NOM, NEC preferred) * Coordination of electrical contractors **Responsibilities:** * Supervise execution of electrical installations on construction sites * Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations * Coordinate electrical contractors and crews * Monitor physical progress versus schedule * Identify deviations and propose technical solutions * Validate testing, commissioning, and startup procedures * Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, HVAC, plumbing) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary \+ superior benefits * Participation in high-impact projects * Professional development Apply through this channel.
