Project Integration Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to conduct site surveys, material quantifications, quotations, and project cost estimation, ensuring follow-up and delivery of final project documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Project engineering or architecture experience 2. AutoCAD proficiency 3. Extensive interaction with clients and suppliers Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Engineer. * Completed bachelor's degree (engineering or architecture) * AutoCAD usage skills * Must reside in Nuevo León Responsibilities: * Conduct client site visits for surveys * Perform material quantification and volumetric calculations * Request quotations from suppliers and/or contractors * Carry out project cost estimation, including various specialties (HVAC, Electrical, SCI, drywall, epoxy flooring, etc.) * Coordinate with internal company departments (sales, procurement) * Monitor project implementation for engineering changes * Deliver final project documentation We Offer: * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Uniforms * Year-end bonus days exceeding statutory requirements * Monday to Friday work schedule Start Date: May 18.
