Coordinate emergency response teams and deliver safety talks **Industrial Safety Supervisor** **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations during the execution of HVAC maintenance projects within the plant, preventing hazards and ensuring safe working conditions. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise cleaning activities in the field. * Ensure compliance with STPS regulations (NOM\-009, NOM\-017, NOM\-029, etc.). * Prepare: * Risk Analysis (AST / JSA) * Work Permits. * Implement safety programs and emergency response plans. * Coordinate emergency response teams (first aid, evacuation, fire fighting). * Verify proper use of PPE. * Conduct safety inspections at the plant. * Deliver safety talks (5 minutes / induction). * Maintain documentation control and generate safety KPI reports. * Support internal client audits. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field (preferred); Technical certification in safety also acceptable * Minimum experience: 2 years in industrial safety Experience in: * Industrial plants / maintenance / industrial construction Knowledge of: * STPS regulations * LOTO (lockout/tagout) * Working at heights * Confined spaces * ISO 45001 (desirable) * Certifications (desirable): DC\-3 or 5 * Working at heights * Skills: * Field leadership * Authority to halt unsafe work * Client communication We Offer: * Weekly salary payment * Social Security * Vacation days * Vacation bonus * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo).
