Job Summary: Will join a multidisciplinary team to develop safety culture, ensure achievement of objectives, and support the creation of safety content. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and mentoring of occupational safety and health teams Responsibilities: * Join a multidisciplinary team to develop and consolidate the client's safety culture based on the company's safety and risk management model; * Ensure achievement of site-specific objectives and monitor execution of planned actions; * Support content development and quality assurance in implementing the site safety manual, as well as preparation and presentation of management indicators and technical performance reports to the client; * Ensure implementation of safety and accident prevention programs, Incident Analysis and Investigation, and Risk Management Program (RMP); * Monitor analysts' team activities, identifying improvements, adjustments, and strategies; * Provide feedback to the work team. Prerequisites: * Relevant experience in occupational safety and health within industrial and/or service sectors, in similar positions; * Formal training as a technician and/or bachelor’s degree in safety, with national certification authorizing practice of the profession; * Experience in people management, mentoring, and coaching of teams, providing energy, direction, and expertise to help them resolve challenges; * Strong leadership skills and proven track record working in teams.
