Job Summary: We are seeking a General Assistant and Customer Service Representative to ensure product standards, food preparation, effective communication, and cleanliness, while working collaboratively and demonstrating willingness to learn. Collaborative and team-oriented work environment **As a General Assistant and Customer Service Representative, you will:** * Ensure proper product arrangement, storage, and packaging, as well as accurate execution of menus and quotations, under the guidance and supervision of the kitchen team. * Wash, disinfect, cut, and prepare required food items. * Maintain effective communication with the kitchen and across departments, incorporating customer feedback. * Keep customer service areas, display cases, exhibition spaces, and the kitchen clean; ensure utensils are clean and organized; arrange and tidy dishes and utensils. * Be punctual, present yourself neatly, with hair tied back and closed-toe shoes (uniform not required). * Verify and request supplies according to requirements. **Full-time Work Schedule** * Monday to Saturday * 8:30 AM to 5:50 PM **Part-time and Weekend Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * Flexible within the aforementioned hours * Saturday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM * Sunday: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM **Requirements** * Age 18–35, gender unrestricted * Basic customer service knowledge (experience preferred) * Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Capacity to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team * Honesty and openness to constructive criticism * Eagerness to learn **What We Offer** * A fixed daily salary of $315\.04, subject to increase (based on your skills), with biweekly or weekly payments. * Flexible schedule * Tips: All tips (cash and card) are shared equally among all employees, regardless of position (distributed weekly). * Continuous training: As you master various tasks, you will progressively learn additional responsibilities. * Employee discount * Growth opportunities To join our team or if you are interested, please send us an email—we will coordinate to schedule an in-person interview.
