Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and reliable CCTV Monitor to oversee video surveillance and access control systems, with emphasis on incident detection and activation of security protocols. Essential responsibilities in incident detection and report generation IMPORTANT: CORPORATE COMPANY IN CDMX Requires: CCTV MONITOR Work Location: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX Salary: $11,000 to $13,000 net monthly Immediate hiring REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education * Minimum 3 years of verifiable CCTV monitoring experience * Proficiency in video surveillance and access control systems * Excellent observation skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Responsible, reliable, and discreet * Valid letters of recommendation and verifiable employment references RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitoring of CCTV and pedestrian/vehicle access control * Security system review and incident detection * Preparation of logs and reports * Activation of security protocols upon incidents * Identification of risks and unusual events * Adherence to established procedures SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 hrs * Saturday, 08:00 to 13:00 hrs BENEFITS: * Statutory benefits * Social Security coverage from day one * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation premium * Statutory vacation days * Job stability IMPORTANT: Applications with commute time exceeding 1 hour to Lomas de Chapultepec will not be considered.
