Job Summary: We are seeking a Public Accountant to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, prepare financial reports, manage reconciliations and audits, and supervise subordinate staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations 2. Prepare financial reports and conduct budgetary analysis 3. Manage subordinate staff and handle audits Company dedicated to the distribution of construction materials and equipment Position Sought: **Public Accountant** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting with professional license (mandatory) * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Experience:** 2 years in general accounting * Proficiency in **COI and/or NOI systems**, or similar (mandatory) * Knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial principles * **Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills** (advanced searches, concatenation, filters, pivot tables) **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper compliance with accounting and tax regulations * Prepare financial reports * Validate reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable * Handle audits * Conduct budgetary analysis * Manage subordinate staff **Compensation Package:** * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing * Monthly gross salary starting at $19,000.00 (negotiable based on experience) * Weekly payments * Job stability * Professional development * Economic growth **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $19,000.00 – $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company-provided mobile phone Application Question(s): * Do you hold a professional license in Accounting?
