Location: López Cotilla, San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in administration, finance, or related field. * Prior experience as an administrative assistant. * Solid knowledge of financial analysis and management. * Intermediate Excel skills. * ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred \- SAP desirable). * Teamwork, internal communication, and organizational skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Electronic invoicing (CFDI 4\.0, advances, payment complements). * ERP system management (NetSuite preferred \- SAP desirable). * Collaborate with the administrative team on documentation and internal process management. * Ability to organize, classify, and track tasks. * Achievement of performance indicators. * Reconciliations. **Additional Benefits and Perks** Monthly salary of 15,000\.00 to 17,000\.00\.
