RESPONSIBILITIES * Scheduling: Convert digital leads into in-person appointments for the sales department. * Follow-up: Conduct customer follow-up calls (prospecting). Register and update the database. * Generate and bill orders in the W32 system for new vehicle inspections. * Issue invoice letters upon customer request. * Prepare vehicle file packages for new cars. * Register customers in the system for payment processing. * Manage inventory of gift kits for new car customers.
