Job Summary: We are seeking a specialty barista for a coffee bar offering a classic menu, varied brewing methods, and signature drinks, with support in common tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Assist with customer service and general café tasks For our new branch, we are looking for a specialty barista. We are a specialty coffee bar (serving food and adhering to kosher protocols) featuring a classic coffee menu, brewing methods such as V60, Chemex, and Kalita, signature drinks, and a varied selection of coffee beans—both domestic and international. You will also assist with common tasks, customer service, dishwashing, serving, and inventory support. We offer two shifts and also an "exceptional" work schedule: five days per week at 7.5 hours each, plus one day per week at 12 hours. Shifts and schedules rotate naturally but are negotiable. At this branch, the morning shift starts at 7:00 and ends at 13:30; operations begin at 9\. The afternoon shift starts at 13:15 and ends at 19:30\. There are two probationary periods: the first lasts from 2 to 6 days, during which salary is paid at 50%; after this period, employment is formalized.
