At Café La Paloma’s Montevideo branch, we’re looking for your talent—if you love cooking, join our team as: **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** Responsibilities: * Food production (washing, disinfecting, and chopping fruits and vegetables) * Sauce preparation. * Assembly of garnishes and dish accompaniments. * Assistance in food preparation. * Product organization. * Dressing refills. * Product rotation. * Cleaning of work areas. Requirements: * Recent kitchen experience of at least 8 months. * Basic knowledge of food handling, utensils, and tableware. * Basic knife-handling skills. * Dish assembly and plating. * Passion for teamwork. * Minimum education level: junior high school.
